Zesty Lemon Shortbread

Inspired by the flavours of our jams, curds and marmalades, these biscuits are made specially for Chatsworth in the town of Ashbourne, Derbyshire.

The box features botanical drawings inspired by the 6th Duke of Devonshire’s head gardener Joseph Paxton’s own journals from the Duke’s private library.
